eOne are a film, TV and Music distributor. Colloborating with our good friends Aitch Creative, we were tasked with planning and developing a bespoke, web based, digital asset management system for them, AKA the Brand Box.
The Brand Box allows eOne to upload, store and organise various digital assets relating to productions, mainly DVD & Blu-Ray artwork and images from the films & TV shows.
Admins have full control of the system and can set up temporary access so only specific users can download the assets, usually to be used in press releases.
Admins can also build a customised list of assets that can be emailed to save having to grant access to the whole system, the link expires after 5 days.
